Daily Report

As you already know, you'll be answering (or reporting) the daily questions, where you'll let us know what you ate & drank for that day.

Here's a video and an example on how to answer the questions.

Please be as detailed as possible.

Example: "Today for lunch I made jasmine rice with salt & oil. I then prepared a salmon fillet with a little bit of Corn oil on the sauce pan. I seasoned it with Goya Seasoning and then prepared a mixed arugula/spinach salad, with cherry tomatoes. I drank 1 cup of Coca-Cola with it. Then I had a small vanilla ice cream bar"

Pictures needed of the nutritional facts table and ingredients list in this case would be:

Goya seasoning
Coca-Cola
Vanilla Ice Cream Bar
Of the food plate itself.

Photo examples

Remember, throughout the day, you'll be taking pictures of everything you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks. Which includes:

Picture of the meal/drink itself
Nutritional facts table
Ingredients list

In the example below I made a Yogurt bowl with these ingredients (Greek Yogurt, Granola, Agave and almond butter). See how I took a picture of all the ingredients used? This is important because I will be able to see what ingredients you used and their nutritional value.
