What foods should I eat?

Updated: Jun 24, 2023

I share with you what I understand to be the root of all, or most, problems. First of all of course it is my opinion and should not be taken as medical advice. I will break it down by sections:

In order for you to understand all of this in a simple way, you must understand that your body in its natural/optimal state is:

  • Alkaline, electric, energetic, full of oxygen, with the nervous system in the parasympathetic state.

When we are in the opposite:

  • Acidic, no conductivity (lack of minerals), low energy, little oxygen in your body, and with the nervous system in the sympathetic state... well this is where the development of diseases begins.

Our nervous system sends orders to the whole body, and depending on what orders it is sending, it will determine whether we will be in a state of health/regeneration, or disease/degeneration.

Foods to avoid

I will list the foods that you should avoid 100%.

These foods are mostly acidic, non-conductive and create mucus in the body when digested.

  • High fructose corn syrup

  • GMO foods (genetically modified)

  • Sucralose

  • Soft drinks (sodas)

  • Aspartame

  • Fast food

  • Processed bread (those of bakery, contain many stabilizers, preservatives, flour is not organic, among others).

  • Refined sugar

  • Foods with dyes, for example: RED #40

  • Hydrogenated oils (hydrogenated oils)

  • Canola, corn and palm oil (palm oil)

  • Milk, I personally avoid milk, I only consume it in cheeses of 1-2 years of maturity.

  • White rice (in small quantities it is fine, but it is basically refined, its fibers have been removed, hence the white color, which is only starch).

  • Refined flour products: doughnuts, bread, pasta, biscuits, etc. etc. etc.

  • Alcohol

  • Cigarettes

  • Drugs

  • Nicotine

  • Vape pens

  • White table salt (contains fluoride, replace with sea salt, or Himalayan pink)

Foods that should be consumed in moderation
